This 6-week support group is exclusively for 13-to 18-year-olds who are grieving the death of a family member or peer. This group will utilize creative modalities to explore emotion and teach emotional regulation and coping skills. Time will be spent fostering healthy communication and the ability to identify and articulate emotions.
